  Havant Road, Emsworth  
  on Tuesday, 9th October 2018, 12noon for 12.30pm  
      2 Course - 20 - 3 Course - 25    
               
  DRESS - Whites, Club shirts may be worn

  MENU      
               
  FIRST COURSE  
               
  1. Parsnip and Honey Soup topped with lemon oil and croutons  
  2. Duck Liver & Orange Pate, toasted brioche, cranberry chutney, dressed leaves  
  3. Smoked Trout, rocket & tomato salad, horseradish and lemon creme fraiche  
               
  MAIN COURSE  
               
  1. Salmon en Croute wth spinach & cream cheese, parsley buerre blanc sauce  
  2. Slow Cooked Blade of Beef, red wine jus  
  3. Open Vegetable Lasagne, chestnut mushrooms, butternut squash and pasta  
    sheets topped with a brie and parmesan sauce  
  With a warm Pesto Sauce          
  DESSERT  
               
  1. Dark Chocolate and Pistachio Praline Tart served with clotted cream ice cream  
  2. Mixed Berry Pavlova, chantilly cream and berry coulis  
  3. Brookfield Apple Crumble served with vanilla ice cream
